Disclaimer
Please send personal and flight information no later than with your final payment that is due sixty-one
(61) days prior to your travel. Forms will be sent to you for this purpose with your invoice. If lost or
not received, please contact PedasiFishing.com for replacements. PedasiFishing.com waives all
responsibility for complications arising from last minute bookings.

Deposits
If you are booking in advance of ninety (90) days and do not choose to pay for the entire package, we
require a deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total rate times the number of guests in your party.
If the deposit is not received and/or posted fourteen (14) days after invoicing, your reservation will
NOT be confirmed and is subject to cancellation. Available space can then be sold to other customers.
Final Payment
Final payment or the balance on your invoice is due 90 days before the departure date of your trip.
If payments are not received by that time, PedasiFishing.com reserves the right to sell the space in
question, and you will forfeit all previously paid money.
Cancellation Policy
Monies previously paid will be returned for cancellations received in writing at least ninety-one
(91) days prior to your arrival date at Tocumen International airport, less a $300.00 per person
cancellation fee. You may choose to use $100.00 of this as a deposit toward a future
PedasiFishing.com package. If you cancel your trip, for whatever reason, ninety (90) days or less
prior to your arrival date at Tocumen International airport, all payments made on your trip will be
non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment should a family emergency, act of
God, or other unforeseen situation arise.
Purchasing travel insurance is recommended.
Required Documents
United States Citizens must have an official valid passport to enter Panama. Upon presentation of
your passport, you may purchase a $5 Panamanian tourist card in order to enter Panama.Guests coming
to Panama from other non-US countries must check with officials in their respective homelands as to
what documentation is required to enter Panama.PedasiFishing.com is not responsible for any changes
in the Panamanian government's entry-requirements.
Gratuities
Gratuities for the driver, boat captain, hotel staff, etc. are NOT included in the package rates.
Provided that you are satisfied with the service, please tip them at the end of your visit.
Incidental Expenses
Incidental charges you incur (e.g., city tours, snacks, phone charges, purchases at the gift shop,
laundry, bar tabs, etc.) are not included in the published rates.
